Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
